Free weekly timed 5k, Saturdays 9:00am at Chalkwell Beach, Chalkwell Esplanade, Westcliff-on-Sea SS0 8JJ. A flat out-and-back seafront course on concrete paths from the sea wall eastwards towards Southend Pier and back.
